AskAstrologer.in provides question-based astrology guidance using Vedic Astrology along with intuitive insights and supporting methods where required.

All responses are provided in written format via email, with communication and updates shared on WhatsApp.

This service is intended for guidance and awareness only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

Users below 18 years may only use the service under parental guidance and supervision.

3. User Responsibility

By using this platform, you agree:

  • To provide accurate birth details and question context
  • Not to submit false, misleading, or incomplete information
  • To use the service only for lawful and personal purposes

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the guidance provided.

4. Scope of Guidance

All astrology insights provided on AskAstrologer.in:

  • Are for guidance purposes only
  • Do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
  • Should not be treated as absolute or guaranteed outcomes

We are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from the use of our guidance.

5. Restricted Questions

We reserve the right to refuse or ignore questions that involve:

  • Prediction of death or longevity
  • Determining the gender of an unborn child
  • Harmful intent towards others (including through spiritual or occult practices)
  • Illegal, abusive, or unethical matters

No refunds will be issued for such questions.

6. Payments and Pricing

All payments must be made in advance.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Latest fees/ pricing are available on Fees page.

Payments are processed via:

  • Razorpay (India)
  • PayPal (International)

7. No Refund Policy

All payments are final.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

8. Re-analysis Policy

If you are genuinely unsatisfied, you may request a re-analysis within 7 days of receiving your original answer.

Re-analysis timelines are flexible and not time-bound.

9. Delivery Timelines

Typical delivery time is between 6 to 24 hours.

In some cases, responses may take up to 48 hours due to:

  • Depth of analysis required
  • High demand
  • Complexity of the question

We do not guarantee exact delivery time.

10. Communication

Final answers are delivered via email

Updates and clarifications are handled via WhatsApp

For existing orders, users may also use the Help Center.

11. No Follow-up Policy

Each question is treated as a separate service.

Follow-up questions are not included.

However, users may request clarification on the same answer if something is unclear.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, responses, and analysis provided are the intellectual property of AskAstrologer.in / Astro Assured.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse the content for commercial purposes without permission.

13. Use of Anonymized Data

We may use anonymized questions and charts for:

No personally identifiable information such as name, contact details, or exact birth details will be disclosed.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving the service.

Any fraudulent disputes or abuse of payment systems may result in:

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat.
