1. No Refund Policy

All payments made on AskAstrologer.in are final.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after payment
• Dissatisfaction with the answer
• Delay in response within the stated service window
• Misinterpretation of the guidance provided

2. Re-analysis Option

If you genuinely feel unsatisfied with your answer, you may request a re-analysis.

• Re-analysis requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the original answer
• Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted
• Re-analysis timelines are flexible and not time-bound

Re-analysis is the only resolution offered in such cases.

3. Non-Serviceable or Restricted Questions

We reserve the right to refuse or ignore questions that involve:

• Prediction of death or longevity
• Determining the gender of an unborn child
• Harmful intent towards others (including spiritual or occult harm)
• Illegal, abusive, or unethical matters

No refunds will be provided for such submissions.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Submissions

Users are responsible for submitting accurate details.

We are not responsible for issues arising from:

• Incorrect birth details
• Incomplete or unclear questions
• Duplicate submissions

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By making a payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes after receiving the service.

Any fraudulent disputes or misuse of payment systems may result in:

• Permanent restriction from the platform
• Legal action where applicable
